NilamFlow Account Deletion Request
Users can request deletion of their NilamFlow account and associated data by emailing support@nilamflow.com from their registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
What happens when you request account deletion
After verifying account ownership, NilamFlow will permanently delete:
- User profile information
- Farm records
- Harvest records
- Worker records
- Inventory records
- Uploaded files and documents
- Account settings
Data that may be retained
Certain records may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or compliance purposes where required by law.
Retention Period
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Backup systems may retain deleted data for up to 90 days before permanent removal.
