1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using NilamFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Description of Service

NilamFlow provides farm management software as a subscription-based service (SaaS), including tools for harvest tracking, payroll, inventory, vendor dispatch management, and reporting. The service is available globally subject to applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable law, please contact support within 14 days of the charge. Refunds, where granted, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into NilamFlow. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting support or using the in-app tools.

8. Intellectual Property

The NilamFlow platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws worldwide. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NilamFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time via the account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting support. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be India. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in India.
