Common questions
Can one farm pay both pickers and salaried staff?
Yes. Harvest payroll is piece-rate or daily from session entries. Recurring payroll covers permanent staff on a monthly, weekly, or daily frequency.
How do advances and food charges work?
Record the deduction against the worker. It is subtracted before the net wage is approved, so the payslip matches what you handed over.
Is this only for large estates?
No. The free Basic plan covers a small crew. Larger limits are on Starter, Pro, and Estate when you outgrow it. During beta, features are unlocked while we learn from early farms.
