Everyday farm work
Prepare supported changes such as harvest entries, employee details, attendance, expenses, stock additions, and stock transfers. Kani asks for the details needed for that task.

Crop care · Farm Doctor
Describe symptoms or attach a crop photo. Kani uses Farm Doctor knowledge to help explain possible causes and next steps. You can also ask about growing and propagation.

Crop guidance can be uncertain. Check the sources and local conditions, and seek a local expert when needed.
Records & analysis
Ask about recorded harvests, stock, or payroll. Kani can retrieve supported farm records and help explain the figures in plain language.

Answers depend on the records available and your access. Kani asks for clarification when the employee or period is unclear.

A conversation, at your pace
Give all the details at once, or work through them together. If something is missing or a name could mean more than one record, Kani asks for clarification.
Say what you need in your own words. No technical commands to learn.
Answer follow-up questions. Correct a date or change a choice as you go.
For a supported record change, check the proposal and its details.

Before you begin
Creating a free Basic account does not unlock Kani. Your farm needs an eligible Pro or Estate plan, available credits and an internet connection.
View plans with KaniEach message uses one credit, including follow-ups and photo questions. Review the details of a proposal before confirming a change. Your farm role still applies.
Start with what you know. Kani asks for missing or ambiguous details before preparing a supported change. You can supply more information and correct earlier choices in the conversation.
Supported farm record changes are shown as proposals. Review the details and press Confirm before they are saved. Asking a question or looking up a record does not change your farm data.
Kani can help you work through a task even when your first message is incomplete. Analysis still depends on the farm records available; missing records need to be added or clarified for a complete picture.
Kani is included on Pro (100 credits/month) and Estate (1,000 credits/month), including during beta. Each message uses one credit, including follow-ups and photo questions. Plan access and available credits are required.
